2. Orders and Payments
2.1. Order Placement: By placing an order with erccreations, you acknowledge that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to use any logos, designs, images, or other materials you provide for customization.
2.2. Payment: All orders require full payment before production begins. We accept PayPal, payment details are provided during the checkout process. There is a 3% fee added already to the product. PayPal charges a 3% fee for each product. There is 10% sales tax that apply to your order as well.
2.3. Order Approval: Prior to customized products, we will provide you with a proof or mockup for your approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy, including design, colors, spelling, and any other details. Once approved, any changes may incur additional charges.
2.4. Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you wish to cancel before production, please contact us immediately. Cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Production and Shipping
3.1. Production Time: Our custom sublimation products are made-to-order. Production times may vary, and an estimated timeline will be provided during the order process. Please note that your product will delay by one week due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to keep you informed. All custom products may take 1-2 weeks before being shipped out. All products on the self may take up to one week to be shipped out.
3.2. Shipping: We offer shipping services to various locations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided during checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we will not be responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect information. We offer local pick for the Chelsea , AL area. You may do a porch pick up if you are in the Chelsea area. Just check local pick up, you will not be charged for shipping.
3.3. Damaged or Lost Packages: In the event of a damaged or lost package during transit, check out our Refund and Return Policy on our home page.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Quality Control: We take great care in producing high-quality custom sublimation products. If there is an issue with your order related to the production process, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assess the situation.
4.2. Non-Refundable Items: Since our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items with approved designs.
4.3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for eligible items. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights for custom designs, logos, images, and other materials you provide for customization remain with you or your rightful owners.
5.2. Usage Rights: By providing your designs or materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify the designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We will not post picture of children on our website unless we have written consent from you.
